KURDWATCH, October 24, 2010—On October 21, 2010, the single military judge in al-Qamishli questioned Luqman Ibrahim Husayn, Saʿad Farhan al-Hasan, ʿAbdulghafur Husayn Husayn and Salah Saʿid Shaykhmus about the charges raised against them pursuant to Article 335 of the Criminal Code.
