KURDWATCH, October 21, 2010—On October 16, 2010, the State Security Service in al‑Qamishli arrested ʿIsa Ibrahim Hisu (b. 1952, married, nine children). Prior to his arrest, the State Security Service had summoned him to appear there in person. Hisu is a Democratic Union Party (PYD) functionary.
