KURDWATCH, November 11, 2010—On November 9, 2010, the single military judge in al-Qamishli sentenced Luqman Ibrahim Husayn, Saʿad Farhan al-Hasan, ʿAbdulghafur Husayn Husayn, and Salah Saʿid Shaykhmus each to one month imprisonment pursuant to Article 336 of the Criminal Code.
